Software licence

Use of the software is subject to the purchased licence, activation period, support scope and deployment terms communicated by the provider.

Hotel data

The hotel remains responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriate handling of guest, employee, financial and operational data entered into the software.

Backups

The current product includes automatic daily backup functionality, but the hotel should maintain its own verified recovery strategy and off-site copy where appropriate.

Payments & QR

The invoice feature can generate a scannable UPI payment QR and a review QR, subject to correct hotel configuration and the availability of the required services.

Support & availability

Define your support hours, upgrade policy, response times, remote support method and service exclusions in your final agreement.
