Project Saathi
Project Saathi is a 100% offline document toolkit for Android, made by Graphical Art Studio. Scan documents, make passport & ID photos, add your signature, redact private details, and build, merge or password-protect PDFs — everything happens on your phone, and nothing is ever uploaded.
Private by design · Works offline · Documents made simple
Every everyday document job, in one private app.
Scan documents
Use your camera to capture pages, auto-crop and clean them up, and turn them straight into a sharp PDF or image — no scanner needed.
Passport & ID photos
Make ready-to-print passport and ID photos and photo sheets in standard sizes, laid out on a single page so you can print a whole sheet at once.
Signatures
Draw your signature once in the signature studio, save it, and drop it onto any document or PDF whenever you need to sign.
PDF toolkit
Build PDFs from photos, merge and reorder pages, and set or remove a password — a complete PDF workshop that runs entirely on your device.
Redact private details
Black out Aadhaar numbers, account details or anything sensitive before you share a document, so private information never leaves your control.
Batch & presets
Process several pages together and save your favourite sizes and settings as presets, so repeat jobs take a couple of taps.
Your documents never leave your phone.
Project Saathi has no server, no account and no cloud. Every document you scan, sign or convert is processed and stored only on your device. We can't see your files, because they never reach us.
- No sign-up, no account, no cloud database
- Works fully offline — flight mode is fine
- Only two permissions: Camera (to scan documents) and Internet (used only for optional in-app purchase on Google Play)
- Nothing is uploaded, tracked or shared
One-time unlock, yours for life
Project Saathi is free to use. A single one-time in-app purchase — Project Saathi Pro — unlocks the premium tools forever on your Google account. No subscription, no renewals.
- Pay once, keep Pro for life
