The whole software, screen by screen, in six minutes forty-three.
This is GAS RetailOS running on a real shop's data — the same build that ships, the same screens your cashier will use on Monday: the counter with a bill typed by hand and a card tender, products and the optional expiry date, the Expiring Products page, stock, purchase, customer ledgers, the return desk pulling up a real bill, expenses and service jobs, All Sales and deliveries, GST and profit reports, the cash and bank books, payroll, users and counters, Backup & Recovery and the help guide. Twenty chapters, English narration, no captions over the software — the software is the picture.
GAS RetailOS — complete walkthrough.
What you are watching, exactly.
It is the shipping build
The video was recorded from the release build of GAS RetailOS 3.30 on a Windows PC, signed in as the administrator, with the software maximised. The screens are the real ones — no slides, no mock-ups, no edited figures.
Nothing is staged, nothing is saved
The bills, stock and figures on screen are this shop's own data. The tour types a bill at the counter and leaves it unsaved, opens a product editor and cancels it, and prints a report to the preview window only — no document is committed to the database while you watch.
Narration instead of captions
The voice walks you through each screen in English and there are no caption cards covering the software — the point of the video is to see the screens a client will actually use. If you would rather read than listen, every chapter below is named for its screen.
Every sidebar screen, in the order a shop meets them.
Opening the shop
- Sign-in, and how a role decides the screens a person gets

- The billing counter: ranked search, Enter to add, quantity and discount edits, tender, F2
- Products, prices, tax, reorder level — and the optional expiry date
The shop's stock and money
- Expiring Products and the money tied up at cost
- Stock, the movement ledger, transfers, purchase and purchase orders
- Customers and suppliers: ledgers, dues, bill-by-bill settlement
- Schemes, gift and membership cards, the messaging desk
- Sale return and refund on the original bill; expenses and service jobs
The paperwork and the reports
- All Sales, the e-Way desk and the deliveries board
- Reports: GST rate-wise, profit and margin, ageing, valuation and 70+ views
- Cash book, bank book, vouchers and the statutory books
- HR — staff, attendance, leave and payroll that posts to the books
- Users, roles, counters, settings, Backup & Recovery, help and About
See it on your own products and your own tax rates.
Send us a few lines from your rate list, or a photo of the bill you use now, and we will run a session on a copy of your own data — with your printers and your counters.
About the video.
Can I download the video?
Yes — download the MP4 (1280×688, about 11 MB, 6:43). It is yours to show to a partner, an accountant or the staff who will use the counter.
Why are there no captions?
Because the software is the point. Caption cards and title slides cover the screens a client is trying to see, so the walkthrough narrates instead and lets the product fill the frame. Every chapter is named after the screen it covers, and the button list opens straight at that moment.
Is this the same version I would get?
It is the release build of GAS RetailOS 3.30 — the same software that ships, with the same screens and reports. What differs from shop to shop is your data, your tax rates, your invoice template and how many counters you run, all of which are set up during installation.
What if I want a screen the video does not show?
Ask. Some things only make sense on your own data — your wholesale rates, your pack sizes, your GSTR-1 with your GSTIN on it, your printer's output. Tell us which screen and we will demonstrate it live, or record that part for you.
How do I get a licence?
Install the download and use it as a three-day full-feature demo, or call / WhatsApp +91 98309 49024. Licences are issued from our own licence server, signed and bound to the shop's machine, and renewals extend the date without touching your data.
